Laizhou Haiyun Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Zhuqiao Town, Laizhou City, the production base of automobile brake system in China. It is a production-oriented enterprise specializing in the production and operation of automobile brake discs and brake hubs. Founded in 2004, the company has an annual production capacity of 1 million pieces and a casting capacity of 8000 tons.? There are more than 2000 varieties of brake discs and brake hubs. The products are exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East, South Africa, Canada, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions. At present, it has been used as a host for more than a dozen models in many automobile factories such as FAW, Huizhong, Kaima, Black Panther, Changan, BAIC and BAIC. The company has 6 1.5-ton electric furnaces, processing centers, numerical control processing production lines, cleaning and packaging lines, physical experiments, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, balance experiments and other equipment to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of the main engine. It successfully passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification in May 2016 and EMARK(E20) certification in December 2019.
