Located in Baoying Science and Technology Pioneer Park, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Qinggong Technology Co., Ltd. is China’s first intelligent and eco-friendly manufacturing enterprise integrating the design, R&D, testing, production and application of composite leaf springs and guide arms. The first-phase project covers an area of approximately 27 mu with a total building area of over 18,000 square meters. The factory features a rational layout and fully complies with the IATF16949 quality management system requirements. The company adopts an ERP system to realize digital and information-based internal management. Equipped with complete professional production lines, advanced manufacturing equipment and precise testing facilities, we have established a full set of modern industrial processes covering the design, production, testing and quality inspection of composite material products. The company holds a number of independent invention and design patents. Led by industry-leading expert Huang Jiakang, our team has developed and successfully mass-produced the world’s most advanced composite leaf springs. Compared with traditional steel leaf springs, our innovative composite leaf springs feature lower energy consumption, greater environmental friendliness, lighter weight, smaller size, more stable performance, higher reliability and enhanced safety.
